Our leporello with information on upcoming events is sent free of charge every two months to subscription holders and those who have purchased individual tickets. (It can also be sent on request to anyone else interested.) Any changes to dates, times or events are announced in the leporello. Last-minute changes are published in the daily press and on our website www.culture.bayer.com. Only in exceptional cases will ticket holders be notified of changes in writing.
It is not possible to obtain information on, or purchase tickets for, future events at the box office.
For events at the Erholungshaus and the Forum you can book a cab before the start or during the interval to take you safely home.

The return journey must be completed by the time services end for the night (3.00 a.m. on the following day).
There are very few parking spaces in the vicinity of the Bayer Kulturhaus. Please use the Kaufhof or Deutsche Bank/P&C multistorey car parks. The entrance to both is on Wöhlerstrasse. The Forum underground car park is in the building itself. An evening tariff of EUR 2.50 applies in all three car parks as from 6.00 p.m.
Coats, umbrellas, large bags and similar items may not be taken into the auditorium and must be left in the cloakroom. This service is included in the admission price. Visitors will receive a cloakroom tag. Valuables cannot be accepted. Staff are authorized to hand over items on presentation of the tag, without checking whether the person presenting the tag is authorized to collect the items.
