Our Support Programme for Young Talents

stARTacademy logo

For Bayer Arts & Culture, cultural commitment is indispensable because art and culture are the pillars of an enlightened and free society alongside economic and social factors.

With the establishment of stARTacademy in 2009, Bayer Arts & Culture can look back on more than a decade of successful support for artists. Founded to support highly talented young artists from a wide range of disciplines, the format has since moved away from a pure sponsorship concept to intensive cultural sponsorships, sustainable career advancement and a comprehensive artist network.

What is special about this joint venture is the intensive debate, the extensive discussions and the joint projects that arise from the sponsorship and lead to a long-lasting artistic friendship and cooperation.

It speaks for the quality of our stARTacademy that many of the artists remain loyal to us even after their active promotion, which usually lasts three years.

At this point we would like to thank all the artists who have placed their trust in us over the past years.
