History
The Foto-Film-Club Bayer was founded in 1952 by Martin Hansch and Hermann Bramer and was soon the third-largest photo club in Germany, with over 200 members. Between 1992 and 2002 the club was by far the most successful German representative in international competitions. In 2002 the members set themselves new targets and focused their future work more strongly on artistic aspects of the different visual media.
